This is what we’re proud of. Sage provides restaurant marketing, strategy, creative, and branding services to the Cincinnati restaurant market (and surrounding areas). Below are some of the restaurants we work with, with descriptions of the work we have done.
Revolution Rotisserie is situated in the heart of one of the most popular dining destinations in Cincinnati (Over-the-Rhine), as well as what is considered one of the most popular up-and-coming areas of the city (Pleasant Ridge). Serving up elevated comfort food, rotisserie chicken, quality drinks, and to-die-for desserts, they cook their hearts out for each customer as if they were family. Revolution Rotisserie’s mission is to make a positive impact on the world, one person, one experience, one neighborhood at a time - and their brand matches this goal. On their menu, they reference revolutionaries who have changed the world, and their walls are decorated with hip, revolutionary-inspired artwork you won’t find anywhere else but within their restaurants.
Sage was engaged by Revolution Rotisserie to help with content creation, improving customer engagement, and ultimately driving an increase in sales through a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online paid ads.

The Wheel is located in the neighborhood of Oakley. This Cincinnati restaurant is the definition of a hidden gem, and offers some of the best Italian food in the city. They have a unique model where all of their meals are available as grab & go or take & bake options. In addition, they make killer sandwiches from 12-3pm. The menu changes regularly (sometimes even throughout the day) as they cook with the seasons. Don’t miss the pizza party on Wednesdays!
Made up of a team of extraordinarily passionate and dedicated chefs, the hours that go into creating top-quality meals from scratch (hand-rolled pasta, homemade bread, all sourced locally) day in and day out leave little time for marketing. Sage was asked to build a new website experience that would smooth out operations and make it easy for customers to get in touch and stay up-to-date with what The Wheel is cooking.

MILKMAN Ice Cream & Doughnuts is a sister concept from Revolution Rotisserie. They offer extra small batch ice cream and milkshakes made in-house with all natural ingredients, as well as freshly fried doughnuts on weekend mornings - all directed by their top-notch pastry chef, Bob.
Sage led the charge when it came to building buzz prior to the initial launch of MILKMAN in the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood of Cincinnati. The first weekend that MILKMAN was open, they sold out of doughnuts in 45 minutes on Saturday, and 39 minutes on Sunday.

Ruby’s Chocolates offers premium chocolate and candy sold through wholesale, retail, and online. From truffles, to cookies, to buckeyes, to cakes, Ruby’s never disappoints. All of their products are handmade in Cincinnati with the utmost care. A family-run business, Ruby’s doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to assure their customers are fully satisfied, yet at the same time left wanting just one more.

Led by a team that is aligned and mission-based, Sleepy Bee is focused on providing high-quality food that makes you feel, and is, good. They serve breakfast and lunch in 3 CIncinnati locations (Downtown, Oakley, Blue Ash), and have cemented themselves as one of the must-visit breakfast locations in Cincinnnati.
At the core of their story is the celebration of the sublime magic of children and bees. Sleepy Bee is a gathering place that offers locally sourced meals in an environment that embraces the beauty of it’s community.

[sample] - Burger specialists that craft the classic just as well as gourmet versions. With its roots firmly placed in the history of the “hamburger sandwich,” Not Just a Burger is run and operated by burger aficionados.
The restaurant (and accompanying branding) is inviting and casual, yet slightly more sophisticated for a burger joint. Craft burgers and craft cocktails make this an enticing option for young professionals, but the casual atmosphere and trustworthy staples (think: LTOP on a sesame seed bun, and bacon cheeseburgers) attract families.

Mobile optimized homepage for Dippers. Restaurants are the most searched industry on mobile devices. A mobile-friendly site is crucial to effectively telling your story and being found by future customers.
